Often on hot summer nights I play my guitar on the patio of the Hotel Enrea, Montefrio

I also give Guitar Concerts
in the beautiful chapel
of Don Juan de Carrion, Montefrio

Fiesta's are a feature of summer in Montefrio
I gave a concert of my classical compositions
in the Capilla de Don Juan de Carrion...
I also played daily at the same venue
for the exhibition of beautiful paintings
by Francisco Romero.
And finally, my good friend the legendary jazz sax player Tom Hare
performed with his Spanish jazz band in the cloisters of the Convent.

A tiny Chapel in Montefrio is a perfect setting for the spanish guitar.
It was to a full house, including the Mayor,
that I played selections from my repertoire
of original classical / fingerstyle guitar compositions.
Amongst others I enjoyed playing my 'Montefrio suite'
and for the first time in public my 'Blues Suite'.
And as an encore I played 'Afromenca' which you can view on my youtube channel.
